Working with the City of Madison and preservation architecture specialists Ratio Architects, this Adaptive Reuse project will turn the abandoned 1880s Eagle Cotton Mill into an 85-room Fairfield, bringing Marriott Bonvoy™, the newly combined travel loyalty program, to Madison, Indiana.
