Fishers, IN – July 1, 2021 – Dora Hospitality LLC, through a partnership with Crosspoint Blvd Hotel Partners, LLC, closed on the 78-room Residence Inn by Marriott in Fishers IN in May of 2021. Located at 9765 Crosspoint Blvd, the Residence Inn by Marriott Fishers IN will operate as a Marriott franchise, managed by Dora Hospitality of Fishers Indiana.
The management team at the property is led by General Manager Steve Garcia, who has over a decade of hospitality management experience. Steve has worked at this hotel for many years and has a lot of experience running properties on the north side of Indianapolis.
The Residence Inn is located along I-69 and a quick 20-minute drive from downtown Indianapolis. The property offers convenient perks and apartment-style suites 50% larger than rooms at other hotels in Fishers, Indiana. Each suite is highlighted by a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs, and free Wi-Fi. Nearby landmarks include TopGolf, IKEA, Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center, Castleton Square Mall, and Grandpark in Westfield.
