Indianapolis, IN (July 1, 2021) – Dora Hospitality LLC today announces the addition of a new Regional Director of Operations to their leadership team. Ryan Graham, who possesses over 17 years of hospitality experience, began on June 1st and will provide supervision for Dora 8 (and growing) Indianapolis hotels and assist in managing overall operations at his assigned properties, which include a mix of hotel brands and market segments.
Ryan got his start in the hotel industry as a Guest Service Representative at a Chicago O’Hare hotel before working up the different departments to become a General Manager with White Lodging for 7+ years. Ryan has worked at several different brands and has a strong background in operations with a focus on the limited service and extended stay categories.
As Regional Director of Operations at Dora Hospitality, Ryan will act as a bridge between the corporate office and hotel leadership teams. His areas of focus will include developing and implementing policies and procedures; conducting regular visits of each hotel; reviewing key metrics and developing action plans to address them; and training and mentoring future leadership candidates for growth within Dora.
