Fishers, IN – March 22 2021 – Dora Hospitality LLC, through a partnership with Pennsylvania Parkway Hotel Partners, LLC, closed on the 171-room Holiday Inn Carmel IN in March of 2022. Located at 251 Pennsylvania Parkway, the Holiday Inn by Carmel IN will operate as a IHG franchise, managed by Dora Hospitality LLC of Fishers Indiana.
“This is the 3rd hotel acquisition for Dora Hospitality on the Northside of Indy in 2 years and our 9th hotel in the greater Indianapolis area. The management team at the property is led by General Manager Corey Lane, who has been at the property for several years. Corey has several decades of hospitality experience and will continue to work at the property along with Dora Hospitality.
The Holiday Inn is located off I-465 and Pennsylvania Parkway and is a quick 20-minute drive from downtown Indianapolis. The property offers convenient perks and large rooms and suites. The hotel offers amenities such as restaurants, room service, lounge, swimming pool, and fitness center. Each suite is highlighted by a premium beds and bedding, flat-screen TVs, coffeemakers, hair dryers, irons, and free Wi-Fi. Nearby landmarks include TopGolf, IKEA, Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center, Keystone Fashion Mall, and Grand-park in Westfield.
