Hotel will be first of its brand in the state of Indiana

CARMEL, IN (July 21, 2022) – Clay Terrace, Indiana’s premier shopping destination, has submitted a proposal to the Carmel Planning Commission to build a Tempo by Hilton hotel, developed by Equicor Hotel Group, LLC. The proposed five-story hotel – the first Tempo by Hilton in Indiana – will feature 150 rooms designed for the “modern achiever” with all the benefits and efficiencies of a limited service hotel paired with inspired lifestyle amenities. Managed by Vince Dora of Dora Hospitality, LLC, the Tempo by Hilton project is the first of several redevelopment projects planned at Clay Terrace over the coming months.

The hotel will open in spring 2024 and be located in the proposed Clay Terrace redevelopment area behind Kona Grill.
