Milestone marks the structural completion of the 135-room hotel at The Union at Fishers District, keeping the project on pace for an early 2027 opening
FISHERS IN September 2026 – Dora Hospitality and Holladay Construction Group (HCG) are proud to announce that construction has reached the Topping Out milestone on AC Hotel Fishers, the first AC Hotel by Marriott property under construction in Indiana. Set within the vibrant Union at Fishers District the 135-room hotel has now reached its full structural height, an incredible achievement that keeps the project firmly on track for its anticipated early 2027 opening.
Topping out marks the point at which a building’s structural frame is complete, and it is one of the most meaningful milestones in any construction project. For a building as significant as Indiana’s first AC Hotel, reaching this stage is a testament to the close collaboration between Dora Hospitality, Fishers Hotel Partners LLC, and the entire HCG team.

First introduced at the project’s groundbreaking ceremony in October 2025, AC Hotel Fishers continues to take shape as a cornerstone of the Union at Fishers District, a five-development master plan situated near Interstate 69 and 116th Street in Fishers, Indiana’s fourth-largest city. Once complete the hotel will offer 135 well-appointed guest rooms alongside 15,500 square feet of retail space along with the signature amenities AC Hotel guests have come to expect: a stylish AC Lounge®, a European-inspired AC Kitchen, a fitness center, and flexible meeting space.
With the structure now topped out, crews will turn their attention to the building’s exterior enclosure and interior build-out, carrying the same momentum forward toward completion. Dora Hospitality and Holladay Construction Group look forward to sharing future milestones as this landmark project nears its Grand Opening.
Looking ahead, Dora Hospitality and Holladay Construction Group will host a limited series of hard hat tours for VIP guests and community partners in early 2027, offering an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the AC Hotel Fishers construction site as work continues.
